Professional Board

The Professional Advisory Board is composed of no less than three (3) and no more than ten (10) professionals who assist breast cancer patients and their families. This board is appointed by the Executive Committee at the first meeting of each term. The chair of the Professional Advisory Board is appointed by the President.
This Board shall review the work of the Executive Committee and recommend strategies to the Executive Committee for improving the operations of WOMEN OF HOPE activities and business.
This Board shall meet at least once a year at a time a place set by the Board Chair and the Executive Committee. Special meetings shall be held at the call of the President or at the request of two (2) of its members. A quorum is one more than one half (1/2) of the voting members.
